The terms that apply when you order from the TREAD store. Last updated 30 March 2026.

1. Orders and payments

Orders are confirmed after successful submission and verification. Pricing is displayed in UGX and may change before checkout. Cash on delivery and any other enabled payment methods follow the checkout terms shown at purchase time.

2. Shipping and fulfilment

Delivery timelines are estimates. We may update order status for processing, delays, or cancellations where required for inventory, logistics, or risk controls.

3. Returns and support

If there is an issue with your order, contact support at support@treadstores.com or 0793 196 850. Return eligibility depends on order status and product condition.

4. Account and security

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your profile. We may suspend or restrict access for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
